Weekly Meal Plan - September 3

Monday - Stir Fried Rice (needed to use up ham and eggs in fridge)
Tuesday - papa penguin out and my pregnancy cravign is carbs so Pasta and Cheese !
Wednesday - Lasagne - I never make this as I don't eat creamy sauces but I'm going to give it a go with rice milk.
Thursday - I'm out and hubbie wanted Pizza
Friday - Was going to be salmon risotto but sainsburys turned up with a rubbish substitute so going to have to rethink this
Saturday - BBQ for lunch with friends, out for dinner with other friends.
Sunday - Chicken and Okra Curry - an all time favourite!
